Chris Colbourn was born and raised in Vermont. After high school, Colbourn moved to California to pursue his passion for a career in skateboarding. While traveling the world with his skateboard, he has worked towards earning his Associates Degree in Graphic Design. He excels at drawing and painting by hand; Colbourn loves using technology to expand his style and skills.

 

Colbourn's work has been exhibited in numerous art shows around Los Angeles such as a show for Mountain Dew at Coachella 2017, an installation for Dew Tour Long Beach 2019, followed up by a stand-alone show at Uncommon Grounds in Burlington, VT in 2019. He has curated two group art show fundraisers for the Chill Foundation in LA at Brooklyn Projects, Hollywood (2022) and at Burton Snowboards, Santa Monica (2023). Colbourn most recently had a solo exhibition in Burlington, Vermont at Safe and Sound Gallery (8/16-9/28, 2024). 

His art has also found its way onto skateboards, video projects, murals,  apparel, advertisements, coffee, beer, and more.
